What’s Included in Your Employment Physical?
Your employment physical includes:
- Medical and occupational history review.
- Height and weight measurements.
- Blood pressure, pulse, and other vital signs.
- Vision screening.
- General physical examination.
- Heart and lung assessment.
- Musculoskeletal assessment, including range of motion.
- Basic neurological assessment, as appropriate.
If your employer or school has provided an examination form or specific requirements, bring them to your appointment so our team can review what is needed.
School Forms and Additional Testing
Completion of your school examination form is included in the physical exam. Please bring the form and your school’s requirements to your appointment.
Drug testing, TB testing, blood tests, titers, and hearing screening are not included in the physical exam price and cost extra. Contact our team before your appointment to confirm availability and pricing for any additional services you need.

Appointments are strongly encouraged for employment and school physicals. Walk-ins are also welcome, provided you arrive at least two hours before closing.
